NAME

gxeps - translate GrADS metacode format to PostScript format

SYNOPSIS

gxeps [ -acdilrsv -i <infile> -o <outfile> ] [<infile>] ]

DESCRIPTION

gxeps convert the GrADS metacode format file to a PostScript file. Without any given option, gxeps converts per default the GrADS metacode format file to a greyscale on white back- ground PostScript file. The default GrADS rainbow colors (color numbers 2 to 14) are translated into pleasing greys- cale values. User defined rainbow colors (numbers above 15) are translated to greyscale intensity based on their green content only.
